At just 32 years old, Roland Sands has been the driving creative force behind most of the innovative products from Performance Machine for the past 10 years. Now more of those great products are available directly from Roland Sands Design, and exclusively through Drag Specialties.Roland is a self-taught builder and fabricator. Growing up around his dad (Perry Sands) and inside the Performance Machine workshops, Roland grew to appreciate the art behind the science of building bikes and parts. Roland says that designing new products is a real passion for him. Coming up with new and interesting parts and accessories is the real goal…to keep everything looking fresh and exciting.

Roland Sands is quickly becoming known as one of the top builders in the industry. His customs are uniquely different from others you might see out on the road…some taking on a streetbike/roadracer vibe…custom-cool looks with aggressive street performance.
